Logmanager Strengthens Its Position in the European Cybersecurity Market

We are pleased to celebrate the success of one of our members. Czech cybersecurity company Logmanager has been acquired by Guardsix, a European cybersecurity group developing a platform combining SIEM, NDR and SOAR technologies. The acquisition marks another important step in the growth of both companies and further strengthens the European cybersecurity ecosystem.

Founded in 2014, Logmanager has built a strong position, particularly in the Czech and Slovak markets. Today, the company has a team of more than 30 people based in Prague and Brno, and its solutions are used by approximately 400 customers, primarily across Central Europe. According to the company, its revenues have quadrupled over the past three years, alongside significant growth in its international presence and product development.

Bringing together Central and Western European expertise

The acquisition creates an interesting combination of two European technology companies. Logmanager brings strong expertise and an established customer base in Central Europe, while Guardsix has a strong presence in Western European markets. Their technologies also complement each other, with Logmanager contributing its expertise in log management and analysis, while Guardsix offers a broader cybersecurity platform incorporating SIEM, NDR and SOAR capabilities.

The combination is expected to help both companies provide European customers with more comprehensive cybersecurity solutions that are accessible, practical and supported by local expertise. The partnership also reflects the growing importance of European technological sovereignty and the ability to keep critical security technologies and data within the European ecosystem.

Logmanager's success is also an important milestone for the wider Czech cybersecurity sector. It demonstrates that Czech technology companies can build competitive products, grow beyond the domestic market and become part of significant European technology groups.
